Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Suresh (born 17 October 1992) is an Indian actress, who is primarily in Tamil and Telugu film, as well as to a few Malayalam films. She received the National Film Awards' Best Actress award for portraying Savitri an actor in the Telugu Film Mahanati (2018). Also, she has received three SIIMA Awards as well as the Filmfare Award South. Keerthy is the child of filmmaker G. Suresh Kumar and actress Menaka G. Suresh. The early 2000s were when she was a teen actor. After completing her studies in fashion design, she went back to film. Her first leading role in 2013's Malayalam film Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy began to work on films that weren't Malayalam in 2015. She also signed up to star in multiple Tamil film simultaneously. Although the movie did poorly at the box office, her debut film is A. A. Vijay's romantic-comedy Idhu Enna Maayam (2005) that she was in alongside Vikramprabhu. To accommodate larger projects, due to her crazier schedule, she was forced to opt out of some films, that she began to work on. This included Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye (a romance) and Deekay's Kavalaivendam. She worked in two films that came out in quick succession, with Sivakarthikeyan, Rajini Murugan & Remo. Dhanush was also the leading actor for Prabhu's Thodari. Although the release date of Janakitho Nuvvu hasn't been announced, it is reported that it could release in September 2020. In the end, the film's debut was the 2016 film Nenu Sailaja with actor Ram Pothineni. Keerthy debuted in Bairavaa (directed by Bharathan) with actor Vijay.
